Here at Healing Hands we understand the meaning of a healthy, happy therapy team. As a result we are always on the lookout for exceptional Ayurvedic and holistic therapists and practitioners who would like to further their careers and develop new skills.

Holistic therapists

We would like to hear from any therapists who wish to practice from our growing presence in London. Terms are available on a self employed basis (room rental / commission), so please ask us for more information. Full and part time positions are available after a trial period and according to skillset. Currently we are looking for holistic massage therapists, shiatsu practitioners, experienced beauty therapists, acupuncturists, aromatherapists, thai yoga massage therapists etc. Please send you CVs and a covering letter to the email / address below.

Ayurvedic therapists

We are looking for full time senior male and female Ayurvedic therapists to work at our centres in and around London, UK.

The successful applicant(s) must have full knowledge and will be responsible for performing all Ayurvedic massage therapies, including Panchakarma and the various specialist Kerala-style therapies and have related supervisory and training duties.
Requirements:

• At least three years relevant experience at NVQ level 3 or above and/or equivalent
• Qualifications of a suitable NVQ/3 standard or equivalent
• Good customer interaction skills
• Good knowledge of treatment application / contraindications
• Ability to supervise treatments and other staff
• Provide training in Ayurvedic therapy to junior staff
• Be well organised, punctual and trustworthy

Ayurvedic Physicians

We are looking for full time senior Ayurvedic physicians to work at our centres in and around London.

The successful applicant(s) will have expert Ayurvedic and Yoga knowledge and be expected to deliver accurate consultations, supervise all therapies, perform yoga classes and carry out related supervisory and management tasks.
Requirements:

• At least three years of active clinical experience
• Qualified to at least BAMS level or equivalent
• Good language and communication skills, Hindi an advantage
• Delivery of theoretical aspects of Ayurveda (Tridosha theory etc)
• Complete treatment, medicinal and lifestyle advice knowledge; must be active in conducting on-going research into Ayurveda
• Must be able to teach yoga, pranayama and meditation
• Knowledge of allopathic medicine and other complementary therapies
• Able to supervise and manage therapy staff
• Ability to manage and perform clerical duties associated with practice management
• Computer literate
• Be well organised, punctual and trustworthy
